Don't ever to to this place for hair!!! Especially Bree!!!. I have curly hair, and I wanted it trimmed and straightened. My hair curly is at my shoulders. My hair straight is down to the middle of my back (or so it was). They first put me with a guy who didn't even have a flat iron!!!! Bree straightened my hair, but as she was "trimming", she cut it up to my shoulders... ie. she whacked off 8 inches without even knowing!!! The next time I washed my hair, it was up to my chin!!! How could this happen to me at an upscale salon?!!! I pay extra money not for something fancy, but just so someone doesn't screw up a trim and straightening. This has happened to me multiple times, and I can't understand how people could not notice cutting off 8 to 10 inches off of someone's hair!!! This was by far the worst thing that has happened to my hair in my life! I hate the way I look right now.. .I have wires sticking out of my head in a halo, and there is nothing that I can do about it. People say that.. it's okay.. hair grows back.... my hair takes years to grow a few inches. DON'T EVER GO HERE!

Great Haircut. Was very Satisfied with the way my Hair turned out. My hair dresser was very attentative, and friendly. She made sure to keep me in the loop of what she was doing to my hair, because I told her I was very picky. Would defaintley go back.

mnelson. way overpriced for the service. They are overbooked all the time, which leads to rushed service and cutting corners. It's an assembly line of services. You would be better off going to a small or mid-sized salon. It would probably be about the same price.

Do not trust this salon with your hair!. I have been going to this salon for three years and while the spa services are generally good i will not be

going back . I got a terrible haircut ! It was supposed to be a trim and its just awful. I am so upset! Never ever will I go back!

Great hair!. Yesterday, I had my hair highlighted and cut at the Oakbrook location. I simply love it! I cannot begin to tell you the number of compliments I have received from both women and men. Being a woman of color, I was skeptical about having my hair styled at a salon predominately for Caucasians. In fact, I called in advanced to request a stylist that had experience working with African American hair textures. Both of the women who styled and colored my hair were attentive, courteous, and enthusiastic about offering me a new look. Although the complete service was a whooping $170, I would certainly recommend a friend. In fact, I have already scheduled my next appointment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

Offended!!. Parents take note - children are not welcome at this location. I had an appointment for a 10 minute brow wax, I was told to go upstairs to check in, was checked in, and once I was taken in back I was immediately accosted by a woman telling me that my sleeping daughter was not welcome since I was in the "quiet zone". She was incredibly rude and offensive. The situation could have been handled far differently since I had a friend with me, they didn't even offer the possibility that my friend watch her, simply told me I had to leave.
