Best Customer Service Ever!!!!. I had the best experience at Mercedes Benz of Naperville. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. I went there to buy a Nissan Rogue that I had found online. They treated me as if i was buying one of their $90,000 vehicles! Ed Franzen and his team were the best. Ed wasn't pushy at all! He kept me at ease, was very kind, and their pricing was very reasonable. I went there knowing what I wanted and they did the job for me! I highly recommend anyone going to Mercedes Benz of Naperville, and if you do be sure to ask for Ed Franzen, He's the best!!!! :) Thanks for the roses guys!!!!
