HORRIBLE PLACE. Horrible experience. The worst customer service in all the Naperville area restaurants. Unorganized, unprofessional, and rude employees. This is nothing like the old place, this new "reopened" place is loud, slow, and poorly managed. They ruined my dinner plans of me and my 10 guests. Will never eat at this place and I will make sure that my clients, friends and family spread the word of how bitter the experience was from trying to celebrate a special day in this low class place. The manager is condescendant, inappropiate and demeaning. He needs to be fired from his job and the restaurant owner needs to watch more carefully was going on in the restaurant.

Greatest Hamburgers at all Rosebud restaurants. Rosebud Restaurants have the best hamburgers in Chicagoland in my opinion. They are so big and the meat is so good. They melt in your mouth.Just ask for one if they are not serving them and they will probably whip one up for you. A great treat.

50-50. We have dined at this location 6 times. 3 times the food and service was good to very good. The other 3 times- the service was horrible and the food good to very good. There are many first class Italian restarants to chose from that are more consistent. We won't take the chance on this one again.

Excellent Italian Food. This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in general. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. I enjoy the decor as well.

Great pasta. The first time we went there the waiter was downright rude. I didn't want to go back but decided to give it another try. The food is great and we had a super waiter our second visit. Portions are huge so we've never made it to dessert.

I will never go there again.... I have never waited so long in any restaurant,not to be seeted,but for the waiter to be generose enoughf to stop by,so we can finaly order!!!After more then an hour after we came,we were still starving and waiting for our food and when it finaly came was a big desapointment.I ordered chicken and my boyfriend-white fish.My meal turned out to be so spicy,that I couldnt eat it and my boyfriend was not satisfied with his either,so we had to switch dishes!For the poor servise and quality of food this reastaurant is waaay to costly!I do not recomend it to anyone!!!

Excellent all around. This is ultimately my favorite Italian restauarant in Naperville. It has a wonderful dining atmosphere, the wait staff is very friendly, and the food is just excellent. It is, however, on the pricey side. The food is excellent from the appetizers to the desserts. My favorite is the Pepper Steak, but it's about $30 for the entree. All their desserts are excellent as well! It's my favorite place to go for desserts. They are very child-friendly. They will park your stroller in the coat check. They also offers valet parking for $4. Yhe restaurant is usually also very easy to carry a conversation with just the right level of volume. The restauarnt is actually bigger than it looks so seating is usually not as bad in this restaurant as it is in the other restaurants in Naperville on a Friday or Saturday night. Definitely our family's favorite restaurant in Naperville.
