we are new to the area and were looking for a place that could take care of our 3 dogs while moving, what's more is we tried to do this on very short notice. Furthermore, when we picked up our dogs they were in great spirits and looked well cared for. Top Notch went above and beyond the call to accomodate our urgent needs and we would reccommend them to anyone who is looking to board their dogs.

BEWARE of taking your pet to Top Notch Kennels. There is a reason it is less expensive than other kennels in the Chicagoland area. The kennel could not find my dogs bed when I came to pick her up (they had specifically told me to bring it when I booked the appointment). They eventually found it and said they would mail it. 3 weeks later and numerous calls--NO BED. Owner Kristi Eberhardt was very rude when I spoke to her and has lied to me about sending the bed. Oh and my dog also came home with missing hair on her back and a bad rash! If you care about your dog avoid this place!
