Horrible Customer Experience

After coming in, we were treated badly by the owner who scolded us during the visit. VERY unprofessional staff, and I refuse to ever step in there again!

Consider the real cost of buying here....

It's a good thing that the salesmen are "the owners". It's hard to imagine that anyone would put up with them as employees! We found them to be arrogant, fast-talking and not exactly honest. We ordered carpet for several rooms - On each install the schedulers gave us faulty information about what to expect. The installers were very late and the installation took significantly longer than we were told. We took the salesman's recommendation on the type of carpet to buy and it turned out to be an inappropriate type for our needs. Their prices might look pretty good, but consider the real cost of buying here - not just the carpet, pad and installation, but having to put up with these guys and how they conduct business.

Great Price Great Service

We had an amazingly fabulous experience with Georgia Carpets. We comparison shopped and no other business came close to their great price. The installation thereafter was prompt and thorough. I will definitely use them again in the very near future. Thanks Guys!
