Excellent bank. Everyone here is always so friendly. The tellers are polite, quick and always have smiles on their faces.

The bankers are nice as well. My favorite is Jeremy - he is so smart, well-spoken and helps customers quickly. I always know that he has my best interest in mind and he remembers me even after I've been away at school for a year and haven't visited in months. I've opened all of my new Citibank accounts with him, from my first checking account, to my savings account and credit card and even my Roth IRA and mutual fund accounts!
