NEVER AGAIN !. I started to take my cat for yearly exams to MGAH starting in 2000 BUT during his senior wellness visit in 2007 by Dr. Cynthia Olsen I mentioned that he had been chewing his right rear leg. I currently have a complaint pending with the Illinois Dept. of Professional Regulation that Dr. Olsen gave me a spray and told me that cats tend to self mutilate when they are bored. It was later determined that he had a bacterial infection of nocardial cellulitis/osteomyelitis and ultimately required AMPUTATION of his leg. It is my opinion that consumers need to choose their services wisely.Dr Bertoglio saw my cat in 2000-2003 and again 2006. As the current co/owner of MGAH, I have made them aware of this event with no response. It is my opinion that this is NOT the proper way to run a business or treat loyal customers.
