Luna Sales Person Lies. Luna's sales person lied to to get a sale, First we said right up front show us carpeting that does not show footprints or vacume marks. he asured us that this particular carpet will not show footprints or vacume marks or seam marks, what did we get FOOTPRINTS AND VACUME MARKS AND SEAM MARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!! He also said we could have A.M. installation, Lied It was P.M. He also said if we sold the house the warranty on the carpet would be transferable LIED not true. I am in sales myself and any sales person that has to lie is extreamly WEAK!!! You want people to come back and buy from you again. We have 4 more rooms upstairs that need to be carpeted and because of that LIER JAMES KELLY we will not be going back to Luna! We are stuck with this awful capet. So do yourself a favor go to Empire or somewhere ele!!!

Terrible Customer Service. "Luna's customer service is terrible. I would never use them again. I ordered flooring from Luna. The crew showed up about 3 hours late for the first installation appointment. Then the crew informed me that they had not brought enough flooring to complete the job. They told me that they "didn't want to waste their time" waiting to see if the warehouse had more flooring they could install that day and would have to send another crew out a different day to complete the installation.

The second crew that came out had to completely redo the work of the first crew . Apparently the first crew had not done the job properly. Moreover, they too ran out of flooring . I understand possibly falling short of materials a first time, but to not bring enough to complete the job the second time is unacceptable. So they set up a third installation appointment. Kate, the customer service manager, assured me that the crew would be on time and bring enough materials to finish the job. Instead, about an hour after they were supposed to arrive, the crew called me and said another job was running late and they wouldn't be able to be there that day either. I then scheduled a fourth day when they finally showed up to finish the installation. All told, I spend 4 days waiting for installation crews to install flooring into a bedroom and hallway. Kate and the other customer service managers were completely unhelpful in addressing the problems I had."

Great quality!. We just purchased new carpeting for our bedroom and we received our son's bedroom carpeting for free. Both rooms are great quality carpeting and the service was wonderful. The people that we dealt with from the very beginning, purchasing the carpet, to the installation were so polite and friendly. It made me very comfortable while they were in my home. Now I have beautiful, quality carpet and will definitely be calling them to carpet the rest of my home when the time comes.

Thrilled with Luna. I just purchased carpeting for my living room and dining room from Luna. I cannot speak highly enough about how totally pleasant this purchase was. The price was affordable, the service was courteous, and the installation process went so smoothly. I would highly recommend them.

HORRIBLE. Ordered carpet runner for two flights of stairs. Was promised installation the following Saturday during a three hour window. Installers arrived late without proper materials, measurements, or information. Really they only sell the carpet and sub-contract the installation, so they have no control over the quality.

The buereacracy at their customer service department is so bad you can't get any appropriate response out of anyone. Don't follow through on what they say they are going to do. Kate Zilke customer service manager is incompetent, will not give out info about superiors to talk to.

After 7 weeks and SIX wasted weekend days, I STILL do not have acceptable carpet on my stairs. Will never call Luna again. I know I'm the only review on this site but look at others (yahoo, insider pages, click for justice) and you'll see plenty of similar stories.
