My family has been going here for years.They are excellent with my kids,the girls at the front desk are always friendly, and we are always happy with our service. White,clean teeth thanks to Dr.Crowl!

I have been going to Dr.Gallo for a few years now.

I recently moved and some of my mail has been lost, some has just been piled up from my old address.

Anyway, I have spend THOUSANDS of dollars there and was send to COLLECTIONS for $70 that my insurance didn't end up covering, not only was I send to collection for a ridicules amt but afterI paid my balance of $85(15 collection fee lol) I was told if I wanted to see Dr. Gallo I would have to pay my

appointment in full because they can no longer do the "COURTESY" billing to my insurance. Disappointed to say the least.

Poor work for Top Dollar. If you want all of your dental work to fail This is the place to go. 1st, I have learned that you DO NOT go to a dentist if you need a root canal, you need to see an endodontist. I made the mistake of getting on at HLD and now i need to have the tooth extracted do to such a poor job. 2nd when having a filling done they drilled so far down that the filling is touching the nerve system in the center of my tooth, now i need a root canal. I have no problems with what ever the treatment needs to be in order to do the job CORRECTLY. 3rd they did not care if the crowns fit right, it was all about how quickly can i see the next patient. I feel that they do a poor job and are more concerned about quantity over quality. Patient beware , I spent over $6000 at HLD now i have to spend another $3000 to fix their mistakes

Very Professional and Friendly. As a fellow medical professional, I appreciate the professionalism of the whole staff, from the front desk to the assistants, and especially both of the dentists. They all know, and enjoy, their stuff.

Above and beyond the professionalism of the staff is the warm friendly atmosphere that flows throughout the whole office. They have always made me, and my whole family, feel welcome, and so much more than just a number or claim. Even on those rare occasions when an emergancy visit was needed, they were happy to work with us to get my son in as soon as possible.

Keep up the good work and we'll continue to recommend you to our friends, family and neighbors.

Wonderful place for dental care!. My family and I just moved from central Illinois and have been having a hard time finding a dental office to regularly make appointments at. We received a flyer from HLDC and decided we would try out this office. We were highly impressed from the moment we walked in the door. The staff was so friendly and took care of all our questions. I don't think I have ever been in a doctors office where the staff was so accommodating. The dental hygienist was wonderful with my children (they have never been sure of the dentists office :-/). The doctor was patient with them and made them feel very comfortable. After having very good experience with this office, we have finally found a place we can take our family to receive GREAT dental care! I find it hard to believe these negative reviews...there has to be more to their stories. I will recommend this business to anyone that is looking for a dental office! :)

Theres a reason the office is always empty!. Dont get me wrong, the doctors are good but not as good as the prices they charge. They are way over and above the rates any insurance company pays so be very aware of this BEFORE you walk in. Ask for all their pricing up front and check this against your insurance company's max rates. I work for one of the largest companies in the US with phenomenal insurance and the rates these guys charge is still above all my limits. Thats why you will never wait for an appointment in this office and you are unlikely to ever see the same people in the waiting room!

The best part is that they then turn into the payment gestapo. Payment due witin 2 days of receipt of invoice or off with your head! If you think I'm kidding just give them a try.

The two kind reviews were probably posted by the doctors family or friends. The other two reviews were done by actual patients. My family and I will never go back.

The search is over!. My family and I couldn't be happier with this dental office. We have tried other offices but find that Hidden Lakes Dental Care is the most professional yet. The office is always clean, the staff is phenomenal and the ladies at the desk are as helpful as can be. If I have questions or concerns they are more than happy to answer my questions. The dentists are so nice. I can tell that they genuinely care and love what they do. This is the office we will stick with! My kids especially love the hygienists. They don't whine about going to the visit the dentist or the hygienist. My family and I highly recommend this office.

I LOVE this place! :). I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gallos! He made getting my wisdom teeth pulled seem like nothing. I will continue to come back to this office for many years to come. The dental hygiene staff is also a plus. The office is very clean and the whole staff makes you feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a great place to take care of your teeth, this is your place. I highly recommend it!

Hidden Lakes is a GREAT place!. My husband and I have been going here for a few years now and just love it! We couldn't have asked for better dental care. We both have seen Dr. Crowl and Dr. Gallos. They are some of the most caring, friendly, down-to-earth doctors I have ever met. They truly seem to care about their patients oral health. Let me tell you, we have been to plenty of doctors offices and nothing compares to the friendly staff, from start to finish they go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will continue to visit this office on a regular basis. We have found our dental home!
