Bella Fiori Flower Shop Inc

Disappointed. I went to Bella Fiori to order flowers for a family funeral. I explained to the owner and her sister that what I was looking for is a big bowl of tulips as grandpa was a huge tulip lover. A price was quoted at 10 for $12.95. Since I wanted a lot...I purchased $100 worth. We discussed the vase that the tulips would be displayed in and completed the purchase.

When I arrived at the wake, I was immediately disappointed in the display only including less than 50 stems. The arrangement was filled mostly with greenery, which was a major disappointment.

After the wake and funeral, I contacted Bella Fiori to make them aware of my disappointment. My concerns were first met with an argument and explaination about the cost of the vase and arranging. I replied by informing the owner that the customer is not aware of costs of overhead and I can only go by the quote that was provided, 10 for $12.95. Finally, I was told, "the wake is over so I don't know what you expect me to do about it." As you can imagine, this was heartbreaking.

I, for one, will not be returning to my neighborhood florist.…
