the best customer service in the industry!

out of all the pet stores i have been too i have never seen such exllent customer service or team work out of some of the employees their will be a line of people trying to check out and the girl will call for back up and a man who is grooming a dog comes and takes control of the other register told him wow you do everything he said yes petsmart trains us this way customer service is our #1 goal
- Pros: customer service,knowledge of their products,very nice employees
- Cons: store is too small
