Excellent Service & Staff. I have been going here since it first came into the neighborhood. The staff continues to be friendly and remembers my usual order. The product is consistent and enjoyable way to start your day.

For many, getting their daily jolt of java has become a daily morning ritual, and the cardboard cup with its infamous green label is the close companion of every coffee aficionado. Busy baristas work seamlessly behind the bar, juggling orders for their strongly-brewed drips and signature hot and cool beverages. While providing a wide selection of coffee specialties, pastries and various coffee related goods, patrons are invited to settle down in comfy armchairs and enjoy their favorite brews amid the chatter of the laidback yet caffeinated crowd.
Quick service, but a bit cramped.. The Starbucks at 555 S. Dearborn in Chicago is defenitely a great place to go if you want friendly employees who actually realize that you're a customer. The offerings are the usual Starbucks items, although the range of coffee beans and merchandise is smaller than some other stores. This is one of the downsides to the building's small size. It's not incredibly noticable during many hours because this location doesn't get as many customers as others. It mainly becomes a problem when Jones College Prep, a high school adjacent to the Starbucks, has half days, when many students stop here around lunchtime. Other than those minor inconveniences, you'll find good service, a friendly staff, and a clean atmosphere.
