Great Hotel !. This hotel has an excellent location and I had a large room with lakeshore view. Good restaurant. Friendly staff.

Thanks. slept well.. shower was awesome and relaxing.... the location was perfect...the only complaint can come with is elevators were a little slow.. would stay here again

Best Place To Sleep. The history of the building and the architecture is awesome. The view overlooking Michigan and Lakeshore Drive - awesome. And the room was surprising quiet despite the traffic noise below.

Great Stay. Bed was comfortable; Room was very spacious, quiet and had an excellent view of Grant Park and the fountain across the street. Concierge staff very helpful and accommodating with information. Concierge team found me a limo transfer to the airport for roughly the same price I would have paid for the standard airport shuttle service. I would easily consider to stay here again.

Awesome Stay. Location, location, location!! I was running the Chicago Marathon so the location was absolutely great! The views in the rooms were also great, eventhough some windows are small.

Thank You ! ! !. The doorman Steve was awesome! We had car trouble and we were going to take it in to the shop. He looked at the car and figured out what the problem was. He saved us several hundreds of dollars and actually fixed the problem for us.
