quick and respectful

you never know what you're going to get in this business,we know weve had some bad experiences so we were pleasantly surprised by Richard.Our water chemistry has been off all summer causing multiple problems.within two visits we were back on track and our water looks great ... finally. Hope this review helps because hes a good one out there!!

Richard came out for a service call on our heater.He was on time,very personable and friendly, knew exactly what the problem was,and had it fixed within an hour. Based on that, we bought a spa from him and have gotten great service on that as well. We have recommended him to our neighbors and they have gotten the same great service as well.
Soon he will be doing our whole block! Just wanted to comment because we have gotten bad service from other companies in the past.

Great Service!!

We needed our hot tub repaired this spring and Rich came out within 24 hours. He was knowledgeable and made our repair in under an hour. We used him again to close our pool and it couldnt have been easier. He will do our maintenance next year. Thanks Rich!
