I can't say enough. This past fall I began to search for a jeweler who could create a custom designed engagement ring, as I wanted to give my (now) fiance something entirely unique, something that would fit her style and personality precisely. I came across Wedding Bands & Co. and found them to be highly rated by customers. I contacted them for an appointment, we exchanged a few emails concerning initial ideas and specifications, and soon I was sitting down with Koorosh for a consultation.

He did a wonderful job of putting me at ease through the whole process; it truly felt like I was chatting with a friend, someone I already knew. I had done plenty of research already, but still had a lot I didn't know. He showed me a variety of settings he had previously made that were similar to what I had expressed interest in creating, yet did not in the least pressure me to go with one of these designs. After talking about settings for awhile, we moved on to diamonds and he pulled out quite a few for me to look at. We went through a variety of shapes and sizes, of all clarities, cuts, and colors, and he pointed out particulars of each diamond as I looked at them; as we did this, he also helped me rank them based on what I was looking for. Again, he made the process easy and left all decisions entirely up to me, respecting my opinion and budget. Pretty much he told me to pick the one I liked the most, that I felt most comfortable with, that simple. Lastly, he began sketching some ideas for settings based on what we had discussed via email and earlier during the appointment. This first appointment lasted close to 3 hours (Koorosh even stayed past official closing hours to finish the meeting with me), just one on one discussing the ins and outs of what I was looking for in this ring I wanted made. By the end of it, I knew I had made the right decision in coming to see Koorosh at WB&C, and left having settled on a diamond and a preliminary ring design.

After that meeting, we continued corresponding over email about details and I went in to meet a couple more times as the design process continued. They have a series of steps built in where you as a customer get to sign off before the next phase is started; this keeps you involved and enables them to get the design exactly how you want it. Koorosh graciously accepted changes that I requested, and the ring went through several iterations before all was said and done. I can't say enough about how hard he worked to make sure the ring turned out just how I hoped, and no adjustment was too minor. In the end, the ring turned out more perfect and beautiful than I had even imagined it could.

If my story here hasn't made it obvious, I'll say now that I very highly recommend Wedding Bands & Co. They are incredibly polite, professional, helpful, and humble, and of course, their jewelry is beautiful. They keep you involved in the design process and make sure they are making exactly the ring that you want. You won't find a hint of pretentiousness, even though in my opinion they have earned the right to be proud of what they can do. My fiance still receives only the best of compliments on her ring (she was absolutely stunned by it too), and soon we'll be headed back in to have wedding bands made. I am really looking forward to working with Koorosh and the rest of Wedding Bands & Co again. Keep up the fantastic work!…

As someone without a clue to what he was doing when I began the engagement ring shopping process, I can't thank Oscar and the Wedding Bands Inc. team enough for coaching me through the entire process from start to finish. Not only did we end up with a gorgeous collection of rings and bands, but I felt GREAT about the price I paid, and even better about the follow-up level of service the staff will continue to provide. Each of the three rings we had designed were completed to perfection, and all of them were re-sized to ensure perfection.
