What more can I say? This has been the best experience of our wedding planning to date.

My fiance and I came to Windy City Diamonds to look at wedding bands after having some less-than-ideal experiences with other jewelers in the area. Victor took the time to walk us through our options in great deal, while getting to know us and understand what options best suited our personalities and taste. In the end, he actually ended up helping us make custom bands that were beyond anything we ever even dreamed of having. I can not express in words how great of an experience this was - we will be using Victor and Windy City Diamonds for all our jewelry purchases in the future.

My fiancé and I went to Windy City Diamonds after having visited 2 other places on Jeweler's Row. After coming here, we didn't need to go any further. Victor is the man! We met with him several times, looking at different stones, settings, etc. Victor was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. He really gave us an education regarding cut, clarity, color etc. Very honest and not pushy. Plus, he keeps you posted regularly on the progress throughout. I highly recommend Windy City Diamonds (and Victor too!). It was a fantastic experience and my ring is absolutely beautiful!

I was looking everywhere for an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I went all over the place and was super worried I was going to screw this up. I was told by someone to check out Jeweler's Row in Chicago. I ended up going into Windy City and getting the most amazing ring I could get! Victor helped me out, definitely went all out with helping me and answering any questions I had and reassuring me everything was going to turn out great. I gave them my ideas on what ring I wanted made and customized and they did exactly that. I can't believe how amazing the ring turned out and by far blew away the previous rings I had seen in other stores that were so much more money. Most importantly, my fiance loves the ring and can't be more happier. Victor is the man, I can't thank him enough. If you are ring shopping, you really really need to go here and speak to Victor, they will definitely make what you want for a really great price. Nothing beats saving money and getting more than you expected!

My fiance and I needed a new engagement ring. I had a very specific image in my mind of exactly what I wanted for my ring. I was looking for a custom, one of a kind ring, and I got it! We had walked into a few jewelers on jewelers' row but not one was as immediately inviting as Windy City was.

We're a very young couple and were a little lost of where to even begin, but Victor took us under his wing and lead us right along. We explained what we wanted and he was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He was great at reassuring us and keeping us updated with the entire process. He was even very flexible with our last minute visits and meetings. He explained that while what I wanted was doable, with minor changes I could have a more durable and longer lasting ring. He took very good care of us!

We will definitely be back for our wedding bands (for which Victor already has wonderful suggestions)

The rest of the staff was lovely, too!

tl;dr : We LOVE this place! Great service, great price! Choose Victor!

I shopped for my fiancee's engagement ring at Windy City Diamonds and Victor was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From start to finish, he went through each detail very carefully and answered all of my questions thoroughly. They have a huge selection of rings to pick from and will also custom make any type of ring that you would want. My fiancee was very pleased with the ring and cannot stop talking about it. I would highly recommend Windy City Diamonds. Ask for Victor!

Victor is the bomb!!! Ok, so I'm a dude and had no idea nor cared anything about diamonds before in my life. I came to the decision that I wanted to propose to my now fiance' and so I asked a buddy of mine who was recently married where to go for a ring and whatnot. He had gone to Windy City Diamonds so he suggested them. I went in randomly late on a Thursday and talked to Victor. Right away he was very helpful. He asked me what I was looking for and then started showing me certain samples. In less than an hour we had narrowed things down to pretty much exactly what I had envisioned.

The next day I went in again and he had pulled a few settings and diamonds that I had specified for my price range and we looked at several options. Throughout the entire process, he broke it down very simple for me and my feeble non-diamond knowing mind. Now, I totally know what the 5 C's are! He even made illustrations for me and told me all about certifications and everything. In pretty much less than 90 min. we had settled everything and I was on my way.

Victor also made sure to ask me questions and even asked me about my relationship, how we met, how I was popping the question, etc. He really was friendly and got to know me and that was much appreciated. And he never tried pushing me into anything, he said that I was the one buying it and so why wouldn't I want something that I liked, why push me into something I didn't want. Much appreciated.

My ring was ready for pickup less than a week later and it was beautiful. Once I got home, Victor emailed me to make sure that I let him know how it went and if we'd be needing the ring to get resized. Best of all, my fiance' loved it! I proposed in New Orleans on New Year's Eve and all is well. Now time to plan the wedding and for sure we'll be heading back to Victor and Windy City Diamonds for the wedding bands.

Overall guys, if you're not knowledgeable about diamonds or rings or anything jewelry related, go see Victor, you won't regret it. Cheers

I had a great experience at Windy City Diamonds. I worked with Victor and he provided tremendous customer service. He helped me design my fiancee's ring and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process. The pricefor the ring was very reasonable. I highly recommend Victor and Windy City Diamonds.

I just finished collecting my men's wedding ring from Windy City Diamonds and it was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish.

I dealt with Victor who is very understanding and experienced in his job. You will feel totally comfortable with his help and Victor makes sure you find what you are looking for and has an open communication with you throughout the whole short process to deliver you the exact ring you are after.

I worked with Victor rebuilding my wedding band that had broken. His attention to detail and customer service were top notch. I was happy four years ago when we originally bought these bands from WCD and Victor has insured that we will be customers for life - even all the way from Texas!
