Ring Settings & Service. Victor at Windy City Diamonds was truly a pleasure to work with. He was very understanding and flexible with a short turnaround time to get my ring ready in time for my proposal. He never pushed anything on me If I was not ready and was extremely supportive in helping me with the exact design of the ring I wanted for my Fiance. I would highly recommend going to Windy City Diamonds for any of your engagement ring or other jewelry needs. Amazing Experience. My fiance and I have had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience with Victor at Windy City Diamonds throughout our engagement ring and wedding band purchasing process. My fiance worked with Victor to set the diamond he had bought into a band and was very particular about the band and setting, but Victor knew it was possible and gave him multiple options until he found exactly what was envisioned. Victor adapted well to requests and made good suggestions to highlight the diamond. My fiance had a tight timeframe in order to meet the proposal date he wanted and Victor took personal responsibility to ensure it would be done in plenty of time.

We also worked with Victor to choose our wedding bands. The experience was very pleasant and actually fun. Whereas other jewelers simply listed off the metals and showed us pictures in a catalogue, Victor (helped by Windy City’s selection) let us try on all the options and was able to explain the pros and cons of each. However, he balanced that with not making the process overwhelming, by listening to us and eliminating styles that we would not be interested in. Also, my fiance’s grandmother had left 2 diamonds which we wanted placed on the inside of his band so that they wouldn't be visible or able to be felt. It is difficult to set diamonds in a thin band, like the one he chose, but Victor worked with the setter to make it possible. It meant so much to my mother-in-law that this request was made possible and we are so thankful for the effort that was put into the process.

Very helpful on short notice. Windy City Diamonds was able to do a great job setting a family diamond into a very nice setting on extremely short notice. I came to them on a Friday morning and had the finished product by that afternoon. Victor was extremely helpful in helping me pick out a beautiful platinum setting and my girlfriend loved it. Victor also had great follow up after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied.…

Victor was FANTASTIC!. I bought my wife's ring here and we were absolutely satisfied. I worked with Jim on that, but I don't think he is at Windy City any longer. We also bought my wedding band here and were satisfied as well. Several months later, my wedding ring slipped off and I couldn't locate it. I called Windy City the next Monday and worked with Victor. He was absolutely awesome in working with me. He sent me several photos of options of what he thought my ring was within minutes. We nailed down the exact one with a picture that I had as well. He ordered the band and it arrived in the store within three days. He was an absolute pleasure to work with...so attentive and responsive via email. It was very nice getting a new band so quickly as my wife probably wouldn't have been thrilled if I went without a wedding ring for weeks.…
