It's ok but thats it..... I am raised in Mexico and i will tell you that the food here is ok kind of americanized !! Not my first option only for emergency Pacos Tacos at S. Archer Ave. the best tacos in town, the only thing i would recommend you always take out orders the place is not pleasant at all .

Meat is important than keeping a customer. During June 2007, I walked in the restaurant at the Pilsen location and a customer in front of me ordered three steak tacos. The young cook put a smaill piece of stake on the grill. Belive me, the steak was not enough for his three tacos as it started shrinking. Then the young cook put another one, but than his boss came and told him that only one piece of meat was allowed, so she seperated it. It was so obvious that they were confused about the meat. The customer started to complain about his steak tacos and demanded the second piece of meat. He had paid $6 and he was going to get a small quantity of meat.

The lady-boss who was in charge, told him that he would just get one piece for all his three tacos. The customer said it wasn't fair and wanted his money back if they would not give him the steak tacos with a fair amount of meat. The lady went to the register and gave him his money back. I was shocked and I felt bad for the old man. I was ready to leave, but I decided to order my meal. The tasteless carne asada, I ordered. I noticed that I had lots of meat on my plate, than I realized that they given me the extra meat the old man didn't get. Don't go there, they are poor meat handlers and customer satisfaction is not their priority. If I was the owner or the manager, I would give the extra meat to my customer, I would want him back. Now, they lost all my family and my friends as customers for being snobby with their food. Check out TIO LUIS and PACOS TACOS, they just give you a very tasty taco with lots of meat. My prediction, El Milagro at Pilsen soon will be shut down for no sales.

Steak Tacos EXCELLENDE. Great margaritas,excellent steak Tacos,quessadillas are MAGNIFICCO,good service,for a Lake county patron to visit this place 3 times a month.................

Yummy!. Best authentic Mexican food in Chicago! Tastes just like my mom's home cooking; Milagro also has a tortilla factory next door, don't forget to take some warm tortillas home with you.
