DON'T go through the drive thru unless it's early and not a Saturday night. Italian beef is great but the Chicago dog's a classic and the chopped salad with chicken surprisingly good (dressing on the side).

Good place to visit. We visited this place almost 2 weeks now. Got invited with a friend. So our visit was great! The food and drinks are delicious and price is reasonable. Nice PLACE!

Good Food. My Honey and I always enjoy our visits here. This is the good place to go for a typical Chicago hot dog. After waiting for five minutes we were served with Potrillo’s hotdogs. They also have the best french fries in town and its very cheap.

Amazing. I love their food here. My family and I always enjoy our visits here. I recommend trying to come outside of normal lunch hours, otherwise there will be a long wait, but it is well worth it.

gotta love it. I love Portillo's hotdogs, and the service is always fast. They have the best Italian beef sandwiches in town and their french fries are addictive! Only 4 stars because you can get slammed by a lunch crowd there, but I guess it is to be expected.

One Of The Best. Burgers can't be beat....hot dogs are in the top 3 or 4 in the city.

chicago food. A good place to go for the typical chicago hot dog. Most of the other foods aren't high quality. The smoothies are gross. The cheese fries are cheap but I like them. Its just somewhere to go if you want fast food.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXPERIENCE. AFTER I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN THE DRIVE LANE A HUGE GENERAL MANAGER NAMED MARK SHOUTED OBSCENITES TO ME BECAUSE I DID NOT DEPART THE LANE FAST ENOUGH FOR HIM. WHEN I ASKED WHY WAS HE USING OBSCENE LANGUAGE ,FOUR ETTER WORDS BEGINNING WITH F AND ENDING IN K, HE CONTINUED TO USE PROFANITY AND OBSCENE LANGUAGE. HE TOTALLY DISRESPECTED ME IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND SENT TO AN INSTITUTION FOR PSYCHOLOGICAL SCREENING. THIS EVENT HAPPENED ON OCT. 3, 2010 AROUND 6 P.M.
