Editorial Review for Hooters – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
Waitresses in shiny tan nylons and tight, orange, '70s track shorts serve up beer and pub grub at this proudly "tacky yet unrefined" sports bar-restaurant. Tables are packed with men of all ages, from high-powered suits to college guys in baseball caps. While salads, sandwiches and shellfish are on the menu, most folks order chicken wings--available in six levels of spice intensity, from mild to super-hot 911.

Am I really rating this place? They pride on being tacky, so understand that when you walk in. These are pretty good wings, but you'd better order them with the "hot" flavor if you want any taste at all. The service is good, but it's a cheesy joint. Many of the customers gawk at the waitresses, who try to ignore it. If you are looking for good wings and tap beers, there are many other places to try. If you are looking for eye candy and not necessarily a good meal, then look no further. Also, I don't get it when I see folks bring their kids. It's not that kid-oriented. And I must ask why didn't my parents do that?
