They stole parts of my car.

I took the time to write this review because I want to warn people. I have already notified AAA who towed my car there, and are not likely to bring cars there for a while.

I brought my car there to be repaired. After they quoted me an extremely large number, I decided that I would get rid of the car and buy a new one (the repair money was not worth it). I agreed to pay them to hold the car over the weekend so that I could get someone to tow it. When I went to get it, IT WAS ON THE STREET WITH 2 TICKETS ON IT. They had stolen my spare tire, professionally removed parts from the bottom of my car, and left it on the side of the road. The police investigated and I only had to pay part of the tickets, but DO NOT GO HERE.

Please take my advice, these people are not worth it, they are dishonest and rude. I have never been treated so poorly.

• Pros: If you want parts stolen and nightmare service, this is the place to go.
• Cons: Find somewhere else, these people are the worst crooks.

The repair man flicked me off!

This place is a nightmare. Listen to the reviews. Stay away. It's nice that it's in the loop, but if you drive up a few miles to Sonboom in Uptown, you will get your car fixed faster for half the price. I'm not trying to get you to go there for their business, but just know you have other options. This place may be in the loop, and thus seemingly nice, but oh trust me, this place is bad news.

• Pros: None...I would go somewhere else
• Cons: God anything and everything that could be wrong with an automotive place, IS with this one. I wish I had read the reviews before I went.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, RIPOFF, WATCH OUT

The owner, fred Hoffman, is rude and offensive. He is a theif and a liar. This company should not be trusted. They charge double for any service done. It's ridiculous. These people are absolutely awful and should be ashamed of their unethical business practices.
