Although the food feels kind of "chain-y," there's nothing better than bringing my canine along for a nice summer meal on the patio, complete with doggy dessert.

Great food! Great atmosphere! Classic Italian. Love this place! The bruchetta is TO DIE FOR, it's sweet yet tangy, a definite must. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere in the warehouse-type room (very appropriate for the River North area I must say). Lively without being too loud. Delicious fresh bread that's always at the ready by the waiters who bring you slices throughout the night (we asked our waiter where they got the bread...it was that good). The pizzas are cooked in a wood burning oven, the gnocchi in a tomato cream sauce was the perfect portion. Another great eat is the ravioli trio platter; their three best raviolis for your tasting pleasure. The desserts were exquisite, I always have a hard time choosing one! And of course your cappuccino comes with a biscotti! Overall a classic Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere, great crowd, and always yummy food!

Great food, great service. An evening at Scoozi is always a pleasure. The decor is welcoming and even though it is a larger, warehouse type room, it is nicely decorated and still gives that special feeling you are looking for. It is not overly loud and definitely popular. I would suggest reservations! This is a favorite spot for us. One we return to again and again.

Fabulous Warehouse Italian--always good. GREAT--couples, families, groups--Fantastic food and love the open warehouse. Went 10 years ago and have never stopped. Reservations highly reccommended. My favorite is to have a drink at the bar and then go to the table--nice open lounge area. Food is out of this world and they are very accomodating to special request. We have always gone without the kids, but went this week with them and they were verty welcomed. Will have to go back for Sunday night pizza making for kids,.

Simple but good. Great atmosphere, solid food and good service. Although it's nothing special, the food is usually very consistant and it's a great place to go on the weekend.

Consistently good food, fair price.. This restaurant is in our neighborhood, so we go often. We can always count on good, fresh food for a fair price compared to many restaurants in Chicago. It has a very comfortable atmosphere good for adults and kids alike!

Big, spacious upscale Italian spot hosts a boisterous River North crowd.. In Short
The high decibel level is part of the cheerful ambience at this neighborhood favorite. On weekends, wait times can be long, but the roomy bar provides a comfortable waiting area. Menu items highlight seafood and fresh pastas. Dining with a group? Share antipasti Scoozi, smallish portions of 12 antipasti, served atop a long plank supported by big tomato cans. Menu options are ever-changing and include thin-crust pizzas, risotto, pasta and wood-oven roasted specialties.
