Great Thai Food. I order delivery or take out once a week for the past year and it is really good. Delivery is usually quick and has never been wrong. If you are going in to eat it is very small ( I would only do take out) and in the lobby of a transient hotel. My wife and I are talking about moving to the suburbs and this is one of the reasons we listed to stay in the city.

Awesome food. Garlic & Chili has great food. I would highly recommend them for take-out or delivery. They have good prices, and the food is high quality. Definitely one of the fastest restaurants I've been to.

Some of the best thai food in Chicago!. Some of the best Thai food in the city! The restaurant itself is not the most charming of spaces, and that may be why they do most of their business as carry out orders. They will make your dishes hot - not the wimpy hot like at other Thai restaurants -but authentic Thai hot. Some of the best dishes are the classics like pad thai, lad nar, and all their curries. They also have a specialty item called drunken noodles which is amazing. Service is excellent and friendly and the prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food.

Phones ring off the hook for delivery and to-go orders at this tight Gold Coast space. The close quarters (just a half dozen tables) and minimal decor (a couple of pictures of chiles and onions, colorful dishes and cans of tropical fruits on shelves) keep the focus on the food. Menu favorites include hot crab wontons, grilled chicken satay, pad thai, chicken curry noodles, Penang curry and cashew chicken.
