Where to start...Upon walking in the resturant it smelled like an unkept pet store. I really have no clue why I ate there but I did and surely regret it. The maragritas were awful and I got food sick from the steak taco salad, and to top it all off the waiter came around and replaced our chips with out asking and charged us $3.50 for the second basket...WOW

I'm not one to complain about prices in the city. We live in the city to live in the city and deal with an increased price on everything. However, i think it's weird that a taco dish costs over $10 and a burrito dish costs $12. The food was great...especially the salsa! The margaritas were wonderful...I can't give them enough praise. But, though my guest and I had no intention of eating another order of chips and salsa, I've never seen a place charge $3.50 for the second basket. Weird.

Las Pinatas Mexican food located in Chicago, Illinois is a pretty big Mexican restuarant. The food isn't the best, but the salsa is to die for. The prices are decent. The service is awful. They didn't have the ingredients for many of the dishes, so we had to order something else. Some of the employees are rude. The service was slow. PROS: Good Salsa CONS: Service, Food, Employees
