RUN!!!!!. This was a horrible experience. I'm not from Chicago, but try to go there once a year to have my hair done. I chose this place. MISTAKE!!!!!! Both mine and my friends color was the worst I've ever had. I went the next morning and bought a box of color and covered what they did. I wrote a letter requesting my money back. They were unfriendly and snobby.

Love It!. Even though I've had my haircut by the employess from the salon, out of the salon at different places, i still maintain a great cut and color year round. I've been to the salon once to actually get my hair done, highlights and style cut. Before I hated my hair's dullness, now, all I do is obsess over it, it's fantastic! The color of the lo and hi lites have me addicted to my natural blonde color, they mix in perfectly with my natural highlights, I love it! The desk staff are friendly as well as the staff themselves. Seating/waiting area is incredibly comfortable and fun to look through the magazines for the style you'll want. I love it! I can't wait until when I'm there next, especially to pick up some new product, it's just so amazing! I love it!

Great Salon, will never go elsewhere!. I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 years. This salon has a great atmosphere, knowledgable stylists and friendly staff.

There have been several occasions that I have left my hairstyle up to my stylist and I am always pleased with the results. The colorists truly know what they are doing and are helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. The previous review must have been a very unique circumstance. I have never seen an unhappy customer leave the salon. It is worth going to a quality salon, even if it means paying a little more!

You won't get what you want.... While I was initially impressed with the courteous receptionists, I was soon to be completely appalled at the service I received from the stylists. It was bad enough when I was bombarded with five stylists around me trying to convince me to get a haircut I didn't want. But the worst part was when they gave me the haircut they wanted to EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM NO. Not only did they cut off way more than they were supposed to, they also didn't listen to what color I wanted my highlights. They chose a completely different color than what I had told them to use. I will never step foot in Ivan Noel salon again.

Not just a number !. This salon is huge. It is a few floors and offers any time of baeuty treatment that you would want for your hair and nails. The place is large but the treatment that every single employee gives you is unreal. From the people at the front desk to the people that wash your hair. Is really is a nice salon and your treated right.
