Recent bathroom remodel.
Recently did a full bath remodel and worked with Marilyn from Kitchen and Bath Authority. I was very pleased with the customer service and craftmanship. Marilyn returned my calls very promptly and when she told me the installers would be there they showed up right on time.
She gave me great style advise and I am very happy with my new bathroom!!!

Outstanding Craftsmanship and Service. I have dealt with K & B Authority for the past 15 years . . . they have remodeled our kitchen, three bathrooms, and a utility room. The craftsmanship has been excellent, and the customer service surperior. Big box outfits come and go, their installers come and go, K & B Authority has stayed in the same place, same owner, and a lot of the same staff, it all adds up to peace of mind, and a job very well done.

Overall Satisfaction. On the contrary, I found the designer as well as the contractor to be quite knowledgable. It took some time for me to research product and showrooms for my remodel project and with a referal to them as well as the references given by them, lead me to highly qualified people. With my taste, some of my product was a little difficult to come by, but I was willing to wait.I was extremely satisfied with the end results and would refer them to anyone. Outstanding job on my dream kitchen. Going back to have a bathroom done. Surprised at the other reviews, although I guess no one has the same experiences.

Very Poor Customer Service. We recenlty had a kitchen remodel along with a few additional upgrades done. The communication between the designer and contractor were extremely poor. Kitchen and Bath Authority and their contractor could never admit to any fault during the entire process. It was always someone elses fault. Very poor workmanship on Corian Countertop and would not fix even after numerous calls. They were very concerned about getting their money, but it's been 3 months since they installed the bamboo floor and they still haven't removed excess glue!!!!! They weren't experienced with type of stairrail we wanted but said "Oh, No problem"; then proceeded to charge us an additional $400 because it took them two days to complete. Also damaged glass during install and didn't fix!! Very Very expensive and Very poor communication, customer service, and overall work.
