Looks amazing, awful service. About 2 years ago my husband and I were casually walking through wheaton and decided to stop for lunch becuase we had visited the stand that suzette's has at the wheaton market. We entered during a very busy lunch service and asked to be seated. The host informed us that there was only one table and that it was next to the children in a party of 20 and that 2 people had already left the table because of the noise. we decided to stay, sat at the table, ordered drinks and started waiting. about 20 minutes later the manager came out and asked us to leave. she said that it was becuase we only ordered drinks during a lunch service but I suspect, as does my husband, it was becuase we looked like informally dressed kids.

Two years later I am a Baking and Patisserie student at Le Cordon Bleu Chicago, and I am assigned to write a paper about a local bakery. The assignment is just to go as a customer and try an item, look at what they have to offer, and get a feel for the general ambience. Trying to be nice, I called ahead and asked if it would be okay. The lady I talked to could not have been nicer, but she asked me to wait until she talked to her boss/owner so that we could set up an appointment. I explained to her that I wasnt expecting an interview and that I didnt need to tour the kitchen, but that I just didnt want to walk in and start snooping. she took my number and when she called back she said that her boss said no, becuase she already had too much going on. ?????. so, I'm not allowed to go to her establishment and write a paper about it????? what is she afraid of? Probably that I would only be able to write about the lack of any decent customer service. Two strikes and suzettes is off my list for good. REDICULOUS!!!!

Delicious. My husband and I decided to pop in for a late lunch. We ordered the shrimp crape to share and ordered wine. The crape was superb! A bit spicy from the poblano peppers with a sweet finish from the coconut. We signed up for their Loire Valley Wine Dinner right away. The food was simply amazing. Pea mint soup, an escargot puff pastry (Suzette's prepared mine with mushrooms because I'm a vegetarian), salmon over beluga lentils and the strawberry dessert were just the highlights. The wine was beautifully paired. I recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

While Suzette's is pricey, you get what you pay for. It is worth every penny.

ENJOY...BUT CALL FIRST TO MAKE SURE THE MANAGER IS OUT. Food is very good, wait staff is always pleasant BUT THAT MANAGER - COULD THAT BE THE OWNER?! Oh my word, what a sourpuss. I always give a place the benefit of the doubt, and this is my third and last time. Spending $60.00 on a lunch for two isn't easy. Making your customer feel sorry they did is - well - you fill in the adjective. I didn't even get a 'THANK YOU for dining with us, now will you stop talking to my waiter because I need him to be waiting on other tables' (the little restaurant is not full, I think I saw 3 servers, no one is waiting to get in, it is 4:00, we were paying our bill and talking to him at the same time...for under 2 minutes and nobody else was waiting to check out). I responded, 'thank you for letting me chat', and felt like sprinting for the door. LADY, learn personality and hospitality - it's part of the restaurant business. What is the matter with you?! I understood it was the poor guy's first day on the job too.

Nothing to write home about. The food is good but nothing to write home about. Interesting fillings for the crepes, which is fun and different, but way overpriced for what you are receiving. The owner/manager needs to go to customer service school and become a little less sharp and a lot more friendly. Her wait staff definitely compensates for her lacking of care and concern for the customers. I made a reservation using an online system for 10:30am on Valentine's Day. We dropped the kids off at the sitters and started our 35 minute drive. As we were running late I called the restaurant to inform them that we were still coming. The owner informed me that they don't open the kitchen until 11am so they canceled our reservation but didn't have time to call us because they were too busy. OMG! She did give us her LAST available table for 11am, so it worked out okay, however I was not pleased and she did NOTHING to compensate for their err - not even an I am sorry for the inconvenience. Prior to 11am they have a bakery side of the restaurant with some nice looking items but when they want $5.50 for a cupcake we left without buying anything.

Cute date place. The crepes are so good, my fiance took me here for my birthday. Cute small atmosphere, very romantic. The dessert with nutella in it is very good. We got ham & cheese crepe and a spinach one. It was all very good.

Cute but disappointing service. I had always wanted to visit this cute little restaurant so I took my mom there for Mother's Day but the weekend after. They were not busy, only half the tables were filled. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. They seated us by the back door that was wide open and the breeze was so strong that we had to ask to move tables. Once we settled in again we ordered lunch. In the meantime several customers were seated around us, some even 20 minutes AFTER we were seated. This is important because we didn't get our food for 40 minutes! And our food came out with the more recently seated customers. Our waiter never asked if we needed anything or even if we liked it. They walked around refilling everyone else?s water but not ours. Our waiter was attentive to the next table but never asked us. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes to get his attention so we could get the check and leave. We were going to order dessert (the big reason I wanted to try this place) but since he didn't come back for 30 minutes we decided to skip it. So disappointing. It has such potential but very poor service.

Editorial Review. French creperie and restaurant offers a variety of sweet and savory crepes, bistro-style entrees and more. Wine bar and bakery onsite.

Afternoon tea is divine!!!. Went with my mom and sister for afternoon tea (I think they only have it at 1 pm on the weekends). They don't have a wide selection of teas, but what they do have is wonderful. You can choose between English tea or French tea. With English you get finger sandwiches and with French you get quiches or crepes. GO FOR THE FRENCH!! The quiche and crepes were amazing. You also get dessert and they had so many to choose from. Everything tasted wonderful. Service was great. Ambiance is so cute. We absolutely loved it and want to go back.
