Horrible Service and Quality on my wedding day.
I was initially very impressed with Jim Fabbrini when I met with him for my wedding consultation. However, I had an awful experience with him on my actual wedding day. The bouquets were already turning brown, and 1/4 of the petals fell off before the ceremony. He brought the wrong flowers for the centerpieces, and we had to find a florist on our own to purchase new flowers from just a couple of hours before the wedding, because he said there was not enough time and it was too far away to bring us others. (Oh, he also said the ones he brought were "very expensive.") Some of the boutonnieres were also wrapped in the wrong colors, even though we talked about this on the phone the week before the wedding. The worst part was how nice he was in the beginning and then how incredibly rude he was on my wedding day. I am extremely disappointed as everything else about my wedding was amazing.
