Small Shop - High Quality - Abundant Food. Food prepared fresh to order - extremely fast service - usually 20 minutes or less. Unlike some chinese restaurants where all dishes seem to have the same mix of vegetables, Hongs uses distinctive vegetables in each of their dishes. Consistent quality - vegetables are fresh, chicken all white meat, beef tender, sauces fresh and flavorful. Great value for the money - a small portion is more than enough for a single dinner serving.
