best bang for your buck. Ernie, the owner is a very talented professional.Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definetly recommend Gier Tv for ALL YOUR TV NEEDS. I saved $358.00 on repairs done to my 56" Panosonic Lcd. Also, I ordered a lamp with housing from them and Ernie personally delivered it at no extra cost. He truely knows how to keep his customers satisfied. I read a review before I came to Gier Tv and it wasn't a good one. I still gave it a chance cause nobody could fix my tv. Ernie told me up front that it would be difficult but he could do it. It took a long time but I got more time than money. I gave it "Four Stars" for that reason, but I would definetly go there for my next purchase and repairs. That's too bad that someone had such a bad experience. I had such a great one that I felt obligated to write. I guess what I'm saying is "One bad apple doesn't ruin the bunch. "

BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS. we had a 55" tv projection lamp replaced.it took the worker 2 hours to replace it in its housing.when he got done he said it doesnt look like it lines up right,and that we might have to order another piece.i get the thing home and we try to put it back in,and nothing lines up right.it took my husband 10 minutes to take it apart and put it back together(unlike the 2 hours it took the worker)I called to talk to the manager to complain,and the same person who fixed it answered and would not give me the manager.

(isnt that just good customer service?) not!!!!!

i told him he put it back together wrong and that my husband took it apart and put it back together in 10 minutes,his reply was that my husband must be a better man then him and

then HUNG UP ON ME.

I GUESS WHAT IM SAYING IS BUYER BEWARE AND GO ELSEWHERE.
