Top Notch!. Don't Even Think About Going Elsewhere! 5 stars for sure! Top notch personalized service. I could not have had a better experience with David Nelson & his wonderful staff. When I first went in, David devoted about an hour of his time in teaching my fiancee & I about diamonds and what to look for and then showed me how my wonderful Hearts on Fire Diamond compares to other diamonds. When we returned several months later to make another purchase for my husbands wedding ring, we told David exactly what we wanted and he went out of his way to personally design & customize it. David Nelson is very professional and courteous. I will buy all future items & have all my repairs done at his store as I trust David Nelson with all his knowledge & reputable years of experience.
