Bad Customer Service I received a email today stated that the owner of Rentals Unlimited's Owner was mugged in London on vacation and was mugged and if I could loan him $2,000 and he would repay me when he got home. I then called and the employee told me that everyones email address that was in there database was compromised and everyone was sent the email. He then just said sorry, they took care of it, disregard and goodbye. I think the company should have emailed us after they took care of it with an apology. But I guess that was too much like right. WTF

Two great events!!!. We had a great experience with Keith and Rentals Unlimited and their partner Party Hoppers. I can’t believe that I didn’t write this review earlier. I found a card that was given to me and decided to write a review. At the first event they brought in several blow up jump houses and a large inflatable obstacle course race which allows two people to race each other. Keith and crew came in and setup early and stayed late to make the event a great success. For the second event we rented party equipment including a dance floor. The crew got everything setup the day before and we had a great party. I would gladly rent from them again. Thanks for everything!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. i had used this company last year for a party and the owner, keith, was horrible, he brought me tents and told me i had to put them up myself even though that was not the original agreement. i decided to give them another chance for a party i am having this month so i had called and spoken to the owner, keith, and he had given me a quote. i found a better price for a moonbounce and asked them to match that price and then i called and spoke to Melissa and she told me to get the name of the person who gave me the quote and she would match it, when i called her back with the info she had a fit and told me the price had gone up by $200!!! when i asked her why it went up, she said because they had decided to give me a discount and that they were taking that back, when i asked to speak with Keith, she said he had gone out and hung up on me. i called back and asked to speak with keith again and when i gave my name they said he was out again. i called back today to ask if i could get my original quote again and Melissa once again told me that she wouldn't do anything to change it. i was very disappointed and will not be using them ever again!! i have gone ahead to book my party with another company who actually wants the business.

Its important for people to know why some other places offer cheaper prices ,one they are running it out of their home and have no over head ,two they are not licensed thruogh the state or they have no insurance, we have both .We are not a retail store and we do not follow retail guide lines.And any request to speak to the owner is full filled in a orderly manner, some times it is impossible to make evryone happy in every situation , .

Great rentals for CHEAP!!!.
I called this past Thursday for a tent rental for Saturday since the weather wasn't looking good. I called several locations around the area to book a tent and no one could help me since I was a last min customer. When I called Rentals Unlimited the lady was very helpful they went out of their way to accomadate my event and delivered on Friday since they were booked all weekend. Not only did I get a package deal they delivered for FREE since I was in the Bolingbrook area! The tent was in great condition the guys that delivered were young but VERY helpful since my husband was not around they did everything which was great!!!! I was stressed that the party would turn into a disaster because of the weather but it was a hit... Party was great and stress free.
Totally recommend this place it's a bit hidden and small but totally not a waste of time they have everything you can think of, it looks like a wedding party when you walk in. Overall great place. :)

Rentals unlimited - Ripoff.
Rented some chairs last weekend and while returning the guy took everything inside and said I was one short. When requsted a recount, he said it got mixed with others in the facility.
Now it was my word against his and have to pay for the supposedly missing chair.

i woul like to respectfully argue to this comment , it is policy for us to take out equipment out of the vehicles and place them directly in front of the costumer,once that is done we count and then give the count to the front desk they verify to make sure the count is correct, so the person taking out the chairs does not know how many chairs the costumer is supppose to have but only how many they took out .We have been in business for 40 years and we dont do it by cheating our costumers
