"Best Of The Best"

Eva's in Oak Lawn saved my life. I had been there months ago and ordered my gown elsewhere because I was quoted a lower price by another bridal store. Well...my wedding is September 14 and no gown. I went back to Eva's in Oak Lawn, with my head between my knees, explained to them my situation and asked them to help me out. They called the designer and had my gown in their store within forty eight hours. That other store....well, I'm still fighting for my deposit and they still blame the designer for their late delivery. So, ladies, if you're just shopping price, good luck to you. The only reason why other stores would beat Evas price is obviously because they desperatey need your money to pay their bills...not to deliver your gown. I would have mentioned the other store's name that stole my money, but I'm still hoping they would give me my deposit back.

The worst customer service experience.

The sales staff at Eva's turned what should have been a joyous experience into the most frustrating, disappointing, and exhausting day that we've ever experienced. Warning! They use bait-and-switch techniques, they do no not honor their quotes, they will add fees on the back end to make up any discounts quoted, and GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING...they do! They'll make you sign an agreement that takes all liability off of them. This makes you wonder why they have to protect themselves so intensely. We found out why with our experience. I have formally filed a complaint with the Better Busines. B.

The Best Bridal Experience

The upcomming wedding is out of state. After many trip to other salons,we kept comming up empty. Not only were we having a problem finding "the one", we were dissappointed with bridesmaid dresses as well. Once we stepped into Eva's, that all changed. Not only are these ladies knowledgeable, the are fun too. They turned a frustating experience into somthing to look forward to. Thanks to Eve's, my wedding planning isn't so overwhelming! Ladies, YOU ARE THE BEST!

- Cons: Couldn't find a thing wrong
