I will definitely refer all. I had a more than pleasant experience at Eva's Bridal in Oak Lawn January 2009. I called for an appointment for the Maggie Sottero trunk show but they were booked solid from Fri - Mon with no appointments open. Luckily the attentive receptionist heard disappointment in my voice so suggested I come a day early when the dresses arrived. I showed up on time and my consultant Cindy was ready to help. She asked for my budget and not 'how much do you plan on spending' like some bloggers claim. There is a reason for this....to keep you under budget, and not bring you a dress you may love and cannot afford. I tried on numerous dresses and appreciate the honesty when I was told a dress just didn't look right on me. This was my first time looking, I had no intentions of making a purchase but found 'The Dress.' It was what I described wearing to them when I walked in. Eva's ability to listen was the reason they found my dress. I didn't even like the dress when they brought it in and didn't want to try it on. My consultant Cindy then reminded me - 'this is exactly what you described to me you envisioned wearing when I asked you what you like.' She was right so I tried it on and didn't want to take it off. Never was I pressured for a purchase or told the price is one night only. They gave me time and space to make my decision since this was the 1st time looking. Everyone was more than patient, pleasant and helpful. I returned after the trunk show on Monday to show family my purchase since I went to look solo. Since I put down a deposit, they held the dress for me and didn't send it with the others from the trunk show. My consultant was off but Rania (store manager) was there. Not only did Rania remember me but also remember what dress I purchased and quickly went to retrieve it for me. A BIG Thank You to both Cindy and Rania for what I thought would be a stressful experience, relaxed and calm. I will definitely refer all to you both!!

Beautiful assortment. This shop has a beautiful assortment of dresses at reasonable prices. The staff was extremely nice. They stayed after hours cheerfully and went out of their way to make our shopping experience special.

So personable. I was so impressed with this shop mainly because I felt Jan and Mary Ann were so professional and they seemed to care about me as a bride. I would recommend this shop to everyone. They were so personable.

Very pleased. I went into Eva's Bridal on a Sunday afternoon. My fiance and I were just in the area and saw the dresses in the window. We went inside and made an appointment and within 10 minutes someone was helping us. I loved the dresses and after trying on 2 dresses i found the perfect one. Although some of the displays were not in great shape (zippers busted, lace torn etc) i was very pleased with the pricing. So in the next week or so, i will be purchasing a wedding gown from them. I would also like to thank Cindy for being such a great help. I recommend Eva's to anyone.

Great to work with. This was only supposed to be the first of many dress shopping trips. I had my mom and one of the bridesmaids with me. I brought in pages from magazines of the dresses that I liked. I was happy to find that they had several of them in the store and I was able to try them on. In addition, Irene, my consultant, found many other dresses that were similar to what i had picked out.

Linda also helped out. I tried on many dresses while my ladies ooohed and ahhhed at each one. Finally, I put "the" dress on....and everyone knew it was the one. Add in a spectacular veil, about half and hour of wearing the dress, trying on more dresses, and then going back to "the" dress, I was ready to make a committment. Irene and Linda were very helpful, truthful, and great to work with. They were friendly and not in the least bit pushy. I felt completely comfortable working with them and they treated my and my ladies quite nicely.

I got a killer deal on a breath-taking, stunning, amazingly perfect dress and veil.

Sweet and helpful. I went to Eva's bridals after searching for so many dresses, and knowing exactly what I wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted, but of course wanted to see if there was anything else. that's just me. I knew that I did want my original dress, and they provided me with the better price. They were so sweet with me helping me out with every step. They also explained to me about the measurements and followed up with me about it the next day. She then said congrats and gave me a hug, and I came back again a month later just to follow up and she was very nice as well.

It was perfect!. The first bridal salon I went to tried to "talk me into believing that the gown I tried on was "THE DRESS". I was still unsure and felt very pressured. Then I went to Eva's for my second appointment. Kasia was my sales attendant and was so helpful. I had looked online at so many dresses and one of them was the one she had me try on. It was perfect! There was no pressure on her part and she advised me of the best type of dresses according to my figure. She is the BEST! I will definitely be back with my bridesmaids for their dresses also.

Wonderful consultant. I have never felt as good as I felt shopping for my gown. The consultant was wonderful and knowledgeable, the selection was uncomparable, and the service was great. I purchase my gown in September, had me fitting in November and my wedding was last Sunday. As busy as they are, they still offer you the old fashioned service. You know what to expect and when to expect it. Everything is marked on your receipt. I have never seen so many beautiful gowns and I have shopped everywhere. Thank you Evas and all our staff. I wish you the best of holidays for making my feel so good at all times.

Good selection of dresses. Selection of dresses is good. My mom and I went in with a price range, which we went over (of course), but it was worth it. I went in and said what I was looking for, and Mary Anne picked dresses based on what I told her I liked and on my shape. The ones she picked were better than the ones my mom and I picked, and I ended up with one of the ones Mary Anne picked. She has a great eye for it, and she was great to work with. I'm very happy with my dress!

The best experience ever. I had the best experience ever.. my consultant maryann .. she is the greatest. It felt like i knew her all my life. Very helpful i found my dream dress....
