Great Salon/Spa!. I loved my experience at Nancy Koss! I came for a hair cut and facial. Each service was excellent!

When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by the friendly receptionist. She offered me both beverages and snacks. I arrived 5 minutes early and was in the chair right on time!

My haircut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Possibly better then I imagined. I will be recommending my stylist to everyone I know.

The facial I recieved was very relaxing and felt great. My skin never felt so good! I will definately be back for another!

Best Bridal Package Ever!. I thoroughly enjoyed my daughter'swedding day. Nancy Koss gave us the perfect start to a beautiful day. After stressing about how to beautify and feed nine women in my home without creating major stress, I decided Nancy's bridal package was the far better choice. We were greeted with a delicious buffet which was lovely in its presentation. The atmosphere was fun and upbeat, exactly what we hoped for on this special day. Everyone was delighted with their hair and make-up . Service was professional and friendly. My daughter never looked more beautiful in her life and after a nonstop night of dancing, everyone stil llooked great.

Amazing services, great value, very friendly!. I love Nancy Koss salon. I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding, and also brought in my mother and 7 bridesmaids for hair and makeup as well. Needless to say, it was a fairly large group, but they did an AMAZING job. Every person looked great, everyone had a different updo and they all looked different but equally amazing. I couldn't have been happier with my hair, and I am pretty picky. Maggie did my hair, and Nancy did my mom's. I've also had my makeup done many times over the years and never liked it so much as the way they did it! The prices were EXTREMELY reasonable, considering we had updos and makeup for 9 people I couldnt believe how reasonable it was. I'm used to paying much more for services that I'm not nearly as happy with. Nancy also colored my mom's hair and it looked perfect. Most of all, everyone was so friendly and accomodating, and the atmosphere is so enjoyable -- it was a great way to relax and start such a big day. I can't recommend this place highly enough! Thank you Nancy Koss!!

A day of Heaven. You know the calgon take me away ad - well this is meant for Nancy Koss's Salon & Spa. I have been to many salons and I have always found myself wishing they were the friendly outstanding staff of Nancy Koss Salon & Spa. The staff is very helpful and understanding of your needs. I went there for my wedding and again just for a pure girls day - much needed.

I highly recommend Jennifer and Maggie - you both know how to preform magic! The color and cut are way above the rest. What you get for the money is the best money/service has to offer. You take your time with each client. You do not rush them out the door to get to the next person - HOW REFRESHING!

High prices for lousy customer service.. I found their prices to be high. I found their work to be the average. I waited for over 30 minutes after my appointment time for an eyebrow wax, the owner right there and aware, never even apologized. I cancelled my appointment and never went back. I just cant see being that delayed, its not a doctor's office. I found the owner to be uninvolved with the customers other than "certain" clients. Once before that I had gotten a color and cut, the lady colored my hair and too forever to cut my already short hair, she kept combing thru it over and over and over. Even though she knew I was in a hurry. I have never had a 45 minute hair cut with shoulder length hair.

Incredibly talented staff -- they are exceptional at knowing what style is best for you --by far best color /cut I've ever had.... I've been to so many salons and stylists that I wish I had a dime for each one. Nancy Koss Salon is by far the best at styling my hair and devising a color that is incredible. They make me look so natural that all my friends continually ask me where I go. They excel at customer service and I always feel that they listen to me and then they do their magic...I can't say enough about them.....
