This TV repair shop is the only one recommended to me by my TV manufacturer, as it was "certified." I took my 2-year old television down to the store for a diagnosis and ultimate repair. This being my first experience with this store I took the leap of faith and paid for the diagnosis. (The diagnosis was quite expensive in it of itself, and should be FREE of charge people!) Nevertheless I had the repair appraised and left the TV for repair. The store has a crafty 30-day refund policy for which they claim to be able to back up their work/service, and a 90 day parts policy. After these deadlines are passed, they cannot do anything about your problem. I paid over $300 to get my 40" LCD TV fixed, and it worked. For how long? For three and a half months, and then guess what? Broke down again, but this is not their problem any more! This was a complete scam, and I wish I had never paid this much money for a repair. You are better off investing in a new set or investigating other repair shops, than making donations to this repair shop for the "service" they provide. STAY AWAY.

My 2 month old Onkyo receiver died an untimely death. I took it to A&G to be serviced under warranty. I was called and it was repaired two days before the date promised. What more could I want??

Very Helpful! We called Samsung and they recommended we contact A&G for service. We had a Samsung TV 4 years old in need of service. A&G sent a tech to our home to check the TV. Tech found the problem and called back to his shop. Shop supervisor advised me to contact Samsung stating this was a fairly common issue and Samsung may cover part of the repair. I am glad I did as we saved over $180 thanks to there recommendation. A&G sent a very courteous and knowledgeable tech and backed it up with great customer service. We will use them for any future service. Thank you for the great service.

I've had both a TV and receiver repaired by this group and I couldn't be happier. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would gladly do business with them again in the future.

THESE PEOPLE ARE JERKS. i give this place 0..they dont know how treat people

i had warranty work done there and they gave me hard

Time im calling the Better Buisness Burea having this place SHUT Down..with ecommy bad u treat people like that? these people are gonna loose alot buisness very fast and will be closing up soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this not a THREAT is PROMISE

Service was very good. Services was very good. I do a services related job so I know what it takes to do a good job. The techinican took the time to make sure nothing was damaged and so far have not had any more problem with the TV

Great Service. Great service! I needed my Panasonic plasma TV fixed for a party we were having. A&G could not promise they could get it repaired for the party but they said they would try. They even offered me a free loaner if my set was not ready for the party. Some kind of program they offer for Panasonic plasma TV's. They called the next day with the evaluation and had the TV ready for the party. I am very happy with the service provided.
