15mins.to many of the sights in Chicago area. Loved the pool and hot tub super fun for kids, suite was perfect lots of room, pull out couch,fridge,micr loved our stay and a great price!

Thank you Gina Brown for you and your staff's awsome service. We are triple bookers. 14 years ago Feb. we hosted our daughters wedding reception here, nothing but good comments on the food and the speciality vegetarian request. This summer in August we hosted our son's wedding reception at the same place same room, same great service and excellent food. We had guest from Japan and they were very impressed and well as many other out of town guest. Roll forward time to plan our Holiday/Welcome the New Year party and the best place I could think of was of course Gina and Best Western. Though it was a much smaller group than the previous two, we were given the same great service, consideration and food. It is so nice to see the same friendly face in the hospitaly industry after 14 years. We also stayed at the hotel and the rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and the linens were quality. We look forward to our next adventure. Keep up the great work.

Three night stay, 100% satisfactory. Friendly staff, nice room with great mattress and huge TV. All you can want for breakfast. Spacious atrium for visiting and nice pool. Only hitch was that two exercise bikes not working. Hey, what's not to like. Highly recommended.

I recently had two seperate staays at this hotel for a volleyball tournament with my daughter. Both times I had excellant service from front desk to check out. I work at a hotel and I KNOW when I say great service!

We got in real late at night, probably 1a, and all they had left was a two-double. The guy accommodated the rate we found earlier online and was really cool. Checked us in quick so we could got to bed after 20+ hours stuck in airports.

Room was clean and the pillows are awesome. Anyway, best part was in the morning. I woke up after the breakfast closed (930a), went down there and the lady working already put everything away. She was so nice, brought everything out, I made a bad a bad [--] personal waffle, had some eggs and sausage, good coffee out of the machine. I was impressed, very cool of her and she was just all about making it good experience. Cheesy I know, but true. Very nice people here from my experience.

I loved the speedy checkin. I was really tired from the plane ride. And the breakfast waffles were great. The bathroom was amazing. The shower head was able to provide the right amount of pressure to my back to help ease my tense muscles from the plane ride.

The best hotel to stay at. I have a diamond status for a reason. Love the hotel and the staff is very friendly, especially Theresa. I am currently making plans to stay tomorrow. Plus my kids love the pool. Very clean and nice hotel.

Had a great stay this week! I found the hotel to be very clean, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast to have lots of choices. My room was very clean and comfortable. I found the location fine and the hotel was easy to find. The parking lot was very clean and well lit. Thank you for a great stay!
