Clean, comfortable and fairly cheap. Ride a bus and a train to get into town; takes about 45 minutes. A bit inconvenient but it sure beats paying for a down town hotel! Breakfast standard. Great steak restaurant next door to hotel (Mattsons).

This hotel was home base for a group who rented four rooms for a week. We had clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. The hotel was reasonably priced, provided free parking, a free continental breakfast, had a pool, hot tub and small fitness center. Three of the rooms were king rooms and one had two queens. Although they were not all equipped with refrigerators and microwaves, the staff did provide one on request. This Best Western worked well as a base for our Chicago visit. There were many nearby restaurants, places to shop and the Midway airport was only three miles away. We would all stay here again.

I booked this room using Best Western Reward points. I just needed a place to stay before catching an early flight out of Midway. This hotel meet my needs. The gentelmen working the front desk when I checked in seemed distracted and rushed me through the process. Elevator was in working condition. The room I stayed in was oddly shaped...it had an extremely long hallway after entering the room before reaching the sleeping area and bathroom. The room was clean but nothing fancy (I expected as much since I was one of the cheaper hotels as far as Best Western points were concerned). The decor, furniture, bedding, etc. was all a bit dated but was clean. I had a non-smoking room and it didn't smell like smoke. The room was generally quiet as I was at the very end of the hall on the 3rd floor. The heating unit in the room was a little noisy and hard to regulate between too hot and too cold, I opted for cooler and bundled up. Small older t.v. with basic cable channels was available. the bathroom was a bit dated but generally clean. When I checked in I noticed there was a pool however it appeared no one was using it and I didn't use it so I can't comment.

Needed to make an early flight. Hotel booked through expedia for one night. Significant front-desk traffic, checkins, etc upon 8:30 PM arrival with only one (efficient and helpful) clerk. Room was clean, beds comfortable with some signs of repaired damage to rug. Free wi-fy (Ask desk at checkin for name and password to save a trip back down to get it.) Free printer access via public computer in small room next to registration desk. Free parking. Good price (for area). Included breakfast was OK (waffle iron was sticking. Otherwise low-but-ok by other Best Western standards. Includes indoor swiming pool and some exercise equipment. Try and avoid room across from elevator to minimize noise (although we slept ok).

The hotel staff welcomed me with much Hospitality. It was as if I never left home. For the short stay for a stranger in a new city I felt welcomed. I was there for a business trip to conduct an interview. My luggage never arrived due to a mistake at the airport. However, the hotel made me forget any thing negatively due to the positive energy that showed me. I would just like to say thanks for having me at your hotel. Last, the hotel made a great impression for someone who was thinking of relocating for a job.

The hotel is clean and modern; the front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our weekend at this hotel while visiting our daughter in Chicago.

The hotel is convenient for business in and around the immediate area of Burbank and southern Chicago suburbs and when flying in and out of Midway Airport. The location however is not convenient for business in downtown Chicago or to north and northwest Chicago suburbs.
