BEST PLACE TO SHOP!. I find WebSoup789's post to be completely untrue. I absolutely love that VS Pink store in Orland! They always provide the BEST customer experience and service when it comes to anything that I need. I can always count on this Pink store to have my sizes in the items I really love with an associate or manager to aid me in the fitting rooms! They will call other locations for me as well if they do not have my item in stock, which sounds like that the manager did to verify the price since they didn't have any of this particular luggage piece left.

I actually own the luggage (on wheels) that you are referring to as well the duffle bag (has shoulder strap). I bought it at that location on sale! The duffle bag was $24.99 and the luggage (with wheels) was $49.99. It was on sale in their catalogue, online as well as in their store! It was a great deal!

Sounds to me like someone didn't have their receipt and wanted to return it. If you read the back of the receipt, it clearly states you can do a return, but will receive lowest price available, which means the SALE PRICE!

Reading this post will definitely make me think twice about even considering one of your reviews as factual and honest. Geez, don't people know how to read and understand policies these days?!

Worse VS Store I've Ever Been In. I experienced poor customer service at the Victoria's Secret in Orland Park, IL (in Orland Square Mall). It was actually in the PINK store. An employee named Kristy or Christy or however she spells her name did not want to make a return for me. I was willing to take store credit for my unwanted merchandise, but she had to make a call to Chicago Ridge to confirm that the item should be returned to me at half price because it was on sale before. The item was a gold luggage with wheels. It had graffiti designs on it.

First of all, it was never on sale according to their system. Second, she did not give an accurate description of the item to Chicago Ridge. She claimed it was a "gold bag with graffiti." That is inaccurate because there are two types of them--one with wheels and a duffle bag. The one with wheels is $98. The duffle bag is $68. She did not make that distinction over the phone so the store in Chicago Ridge could have looked into the wrong item. Third, this employee did not even bother to speak to us or look at us. Last, she had a very bad attitude. She had poor communication skills, poor customer service skills, and a poor attitude. We asked for her name and she gave it to us with an attitude. She was very unpleasant. We spoke to corporate about her and it will be addressed to the district manager.

Hopefully, that store cleans up their act because it gives Victoria's Secret and PINK a bad name. I have been a loyal customer to VS and PINK. I shop at both places a lot. I used to think the place had a lot of class and that their staff was very helpful and friendly, but this store in Orland Park made me think twice. Do they just hire anyone nowadays?

Great Location. The Victoria's Secret located in Orland Square Mall is consequential. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, kind-hearted, attentive, and considerate. Orland Square Mall also has a Victorias Secret Beauty on the upper level. I recommend this location.
