This was my first stop in the search for a wedding dress. I came in with my sister for my appointment, we were greeted warmly, shown directly to the wedding gowns and told to look them over and select the ones we thought would work. I think I picked all put five. Our consultant, was delightful, helpful, funny and kind. I had the best time and didn't even realize how lucky I was until I went to my next stop. It also helps that i loved the dresses.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I ordered my wedding gown in the beginning of December 2011 and as of today, August 1st, 2012 it still hasn't even shipped. They failed to tell me when I ordered it that it would take 6 months to ship (which put it at the end of June 2012). No one from the store has ever called me to give me updates. I have had to call them every week for an update. They put me on hold, tell me the manager will call me back and no one ever does. When I am able to speak to someone, they tell me it's shipping at the end of the week. And they tell me that every week I call. It's now 52 days before my wedding and I still have no dress and no real, truthful answers from them. This is the most unnecessary added stress for a bride and I would recommend to anyone to avoid Eva's at all costs. They have horrible customer service skills on top of the fact that they are liars.

THIS PLACE IS MAGICAL!!! I was a poor lost bride sad and bewildered till I accidentally ran smack into Eva's. I had no idea that I was going to get the dress of my dreams.

A beautifully designed store with a great selection of dresses. Definitely the boutique to visit, especially if you're looking for something unique!

Best service, best place. I woudl know Because I'm a girl that can't make up her mind. Everyone here really worked with me and I would give this place way more than 5 stars!! =) For any new Brides I would say to come here!!

It was a very personalized experience and I got exceptional service there. Perhaps the service is better when you make an appointment or shoot to go at a time when you think less people will be there. Honestly, what store has perfect service when there is an onslaught of customers? I also wonder how the horror stories come about for dresses not coming in on time- Read any wedding magazine or website or talk to anyone working at a bridal shop: It's recommended you order a gown 8 to 12 months before your wedding. Heck, I ordered my a good 14 months in advance to avoid those scary things. Just a little planning can help avoid bad experiences.
