Delicious food.
I've been here twice now and both times have been great experiences. The price (as is the case at any of the hibachi-style restaurants) is what keeps this from a 5 star rating but if I was entertaining friends from out of town, Fuji would definitely be near the top of the restaurant list.
Parking is plentiful, as it is located near a mall. The chefs put on a great show and I've had both the chicken and steak and they are delicious. I did notice they don't season much, but I'm not into a lot of seasoning so it suites my tastes fine.
They also have a sushi menu which is nice for people that like sushi...I'm not big on sushi but the people I'm with usually are, so it's nice to have the option.
The wait staff was quick to pick up empty dishes and asked several times if I needed anything.
Overall I like Fuji and will definitely come again, especially if entertaining my nieces/nephews.

BEST JAPANESE STEAK HOUSE ANYWHERE. We love Fuji Steak House. We have taking our children there regularly since they were toddlers and they love it. The food and service is always excellent. It is worth the price!

Fuji is Awesome. Not a place that I'd want to go to every night, and it was most definitely noisy and not a place for young children, but the food was beyond fabulous. I had chicken and my fiance (as of that night) had lobster. Both were cooked to perfection. Even the sushi that we had as an appetizer was excellent. Highly recommended.

Fuji Steak Houe is the best!. My family goes two or three times a year. It is a nice change from the traditional American setting. The food is prepared right in front of you. Service is prompt and friendly. For a couple, plan on spending around $80.00 or so - it is worth every penny.
