“Evidently, I was not allowed to return the shirt and now have a very nice designer shirt sitting in my closet.”
“I've been to this store on several occassions and every time there has been poor customer service.”
Wonderful shopping experience. For my birthday my mother bought me a gucci purse and wallet in Atlanta, GA and sent it to me here in Chicago. I was not a big fan of what she sent me so I went over to Gucci on Michigan Ave. to start looking to make an exchange. I was helped the second I walked through the door by a young guy names Robby. He was absolutely amazing, incredibly patient, helpful and truly made me smile. I called the manager of the store to let him know what I pleasant experience I had had and he was very modest and sweet in accepting my compliments. I just wanted everyone to know how much better this boutique is than many of the others you can step into on Michigan Ave. Please choose Gucci first
I think they have excellent customer service. They have awesome customer service. My nose was runny and a gentleman brought me a tissue!! Everyone is super nice, the woman helping me gave me her business card so that I can contact her directly for things.
Poor Customer Service. I've been to this store on several occassions and every time there has been poor customer service. Every time I went there for shoes it would take forever for a sales person to come over to me. I was there two days ago and I waited almost ten minutes for my shoes! On a seperate occasion, I bought a men's collar shirts on sale for $140 each (great deal) for a christmas present for someone. When i went home and realized that my sister had already bought him a shirt, I wanted to go back and return it. Now, I understand that if a store has a "All sale items Final" policy than fine..can't argue. BUT, when I bought the shirt, the salesperson didn't tell me! Yes, it's on the receipt but he folded the receipt and put it in the little envelope and in my bag. Of course, i didn't look at it until I got home. Evidently, I was not allowed to return the shirt and now have a very nice designer shirt sitting in my closet.
An Italian icon continues to peddle top-of-the-line clothing, shoes and accessories..
A debonair, perfectly groomed set exudes wealth and class--and that's just the staff. Employees wait courteously and expectantly on an affluent, international clientele that has kept this high-style house in business since the 1920s. Most of the costly merchandise is showcased on softly lit platforms and suspended racks that give the store a sleek, modern look.
In 1921, Guccio Gucci opened a small luggage and saddlery company. Since then, the store has added clothing, accessories, sunglasses, perfume, jewelry and shoes to its top-quality, high-priced ready-to-wear selection. Women will love the tailored dresses and pantsuits, knit separates, luxurious handbags, casual loafers and dressy heels. Men can slip into jackets made from soft, sensuous black leather or suede-finished long-haired lambskin coats.
