disabled person not given an application upon request which is illegal. The Louis Joliet Mall rand store manager did not give me an application after asking for one, but stuttered over several excuses. Very friendly. The workers in this store are very friendly and very willing to help if you need it. They have a wide variety of cards and seasonal good, i.e., graduation, communion, confirmation, etc. This store is also in a very convenient location.
