Took my little sis and some friends. Actually had a very nice experience. Owning my own painting business, I can appreciate all the interior detail. I would recommend coming with a great attitude and some friends and the rest will follow.

Nice selection and standard NM merchandising that you would expect ----HOWEVER----- VERY POOR in service and attitude---ANY other deparment store or specialty store choice on Michigan Ave. would probably provide a more satisfying experience.
