The Biggest Scam !!!

I tried to cancell my month-month membership and i was told i should write a letter to corporate office. This guys have listed 3-4 addreses as corporate, scam !!!

Then they tell you we don't have the letter and they charge you again and again.

I have to say this guys are wery unproffecional and have worst customer "service".

i suggest everybody who wnt to cancel their memberships to cancel their cards that they have on file. otherwise you cant. Why cant people pay in cash? why contracts? Just to scam people, thats why! I wrote a lot letter and i'll continue, tommorow, yahoo, Facebook, Chicago tribune etc.

The 'personal trainer' did not give me any answers to my fitness questions, and she had a bad reaction when she discovered that I hadn't purchased a $2000 personal training package. I had a baby and was extremely out of shape, hadn't worked out for a few years...and I made that clear to her. she worked my legs out so extensively that I could not walk afterwards...my knees hurt badly and so did my lower back. The next 3 days I could not use the bathroom with out using my complete arm strength to lift myself up and down off the toilet. I had a personal trainer before at Bally's who was a much better teacher, btw. A lot of 'punks' and 'gang-bangers' come to this gym I noticed. can't write anymore due to word limits

• Pros: 24 hour gym
• Cons: overcrowding, staff/management, parking
