Service manager sucks. I reported to Shawn the service manager that the door panel on my new 1500 was broke by his dept. he said we have not worked on your truck yet, I showed him the paper work that it had been preformed, he didnt know what to say so he started yelling profanity, his boss says he dont do that so I posted his rant via smart phone on Youtube, they refuse to pay for damages and want to make it a warranty claim, they have lost my business.
