Love. love. love. Could never get the hair color I wanted and I got recommended to this place and it's perfect! It's the perfect blonde! not yellow like I was always stuck with before-and she didn't cut my hair super short when I asked for just a little trim. I can't wait to get an airbrush tan next time I go, the girl that came out of there when I was leaving looked awesome! Thanks!!!!!!!!!

told me no charage- wrong had to pay 3.00. I ask the person at the desk, if there would be any charge for fixing one nail on my rt hand.... I explained to her , that I fall the other day and chip my nail...and tried to fix it myself during this time, I also explained that I was disabled and had a very hard time in doing the nail with my polish, i explained i made a mess of it....she said that there will not be any charge for me, and i made an appointment for an hour and half later.. i waited a few mins the nail person came fixed the nail, I explained that when i had them them in az...,I had a hell of a time with the nails, due to poor top coat. i did not think thisinformation would come back to hunt me, it did... the nail lady told me to stay until it was dry, and she will return to check it before i left ,. well that did not happen, and the desk lady came over and check the nail, and told me to pay 3.00 for the service.... i was very surprized in that this fact because she is the one who told me it was free.. i paid the 3.00 and left.... i will not go there agian for a while. I brought own nail polish in to fix nail

my hair hasn't looked this good - ever!. my hair is typically in a ponytail - why? because its gone grey (i'm under 30), it grows like a weed and with the grey my once soft, straight hair became coarse, kinky and a pain in my you-know-what. i started going to SALON TWO NINE after it changed ownership a couple of years ago. I get my roots touched up every 3 weeks or less and would never stay at a salon i didn't like considering the expense my hair has become. last fall the salon began offering a "KERATIN HAIR TREATMENT" that i wanted to try. don't let the price intimidate you - its beyond worth it (and the process lasted 6 months+ which comes out to about $50 a month)!!! my hair is straight, soft and, as my sister remarked, "your high school hair" - aka when it still had its original color. i dont have to use any product, i dont currently know where my blow dryer is (and havent since completing the treatment) and yet my hair is straight, has body, shine and actually does what i want it to. it is a must for anyone who feels their hair has developed a mind of its own.

since last fall i only pull my hair back when its windy. i should also mention that my hair reaches well past the middle of my back and is quite thick. if it could tame my mane then anyone can.

i also take advantage of their skin care services and LOVE the recent switch to DERMALOGICA products. my skin can be almost as unruly as my hair, but the team at SALON TWO NINE has managed to work magic there as well. plus the recent remodel is beautiful.

one more MUST for SUMMER - AXXIUM polish on the toes. I used to get a pedicure every two weeks (although i could have gone every week if my wallet allowed), but now get one every 4-6 weeks. toe nail polish that doesn't chip and dries before the chair massage runs out?!?! no more messing up my polish before walking out the door. well worth the price and actually figured to be cheaper than my old routine given the longer time period between visits.

plus - oberweis dairy is just up the street so i can reward myself with a milkshake after all their hard work!

a great place with a wonderful staff, reasonable prices, all the latest treatments and on-line booking (great for anyone who, like myself, has a job with unconventional hours). try it out - you wont be disappointed!!!

Okay Cut. The hairdresser I was assigned to as a new client was rude and rough; she responded briefly when spoken to and practically yanked the hair out of my head. She seemed angry from the moment I walked in, and the general atmosphere was somewhere between cold and snooty. This is not what I go to a salon for. I would never go back.
