Will not shop here again. Wow, really rude staff.

Shopping for baby clothes is usually fun and joyfull, but not here. Don't expect any better from the owner either. There are so many charming stores in this area and I'd rather give them the business.

I gave them a star only because it was required to publish review.

best baby shop around!. Absolutely love and recommend this beautiful, upscale baby shop. Perfect one stop shop that provides everything from great, clever, and unique gifts, to great customer service. My husband and I are first time parents and went in (recommended by another friend) to look for our new baby's nursery. As soon as I walked in, the girls there were very helpful and very kind. They were very informative and very personable. I would strongly suggest giving these girls the business! Everything in there is adorable and I have bought many gifts from there and I also have bought all my nursery furniture, bedding, and accessories and it looks beautiful! The last person that reviewed must have been having an off day and should try back, I have yet to see one of the girls there be rude.

don't bother going. The customer service here is absolutely horrible. For one, no one ever said hello, or "hi, my name is..how can I help you. When I asked for help with strollers, I was told it would be a while so we could go over and start looking ourselves. I was folding up a stroller, and I looked up to a salesperson standing with her arms folded, just staring at us. She made a snide remark, and let's just say the rest of the conversation went along the same lines. My husband and I were shocked at how rude this women was. Later, a second person went by as we were looking at another stroller. She was less than helpful as well, just saying things as she passd by out the stock room. My husband and I think the manager needs to go over sales 101 with his employees. I will never buy anything from this store and won't be returning.
