Losing Steam.
This shop used to be super clean and very friendly, a great place to visit. However, my past couple of visits have been a great disapointment. The staff wasn't nearly as warm and friendly, and the store was dirty.
I was hoping it was just a fluke, but the trend continues.
I will find a new coffee house.
