The location of this society is good. However, I would not recommend these apartments to my friends. The management makes sure you will pay fine of two months rent in all circumstances except you leave it on dot perfect last day of your lease. I would say worst management practice towards tenant. The agreement is hideous does not tell clearly about renewal conditions. It means at the end of your renewal period they will send you well written letter and it will force you to sign fresh lease with their terms and condition. It is guarantee that you will never-ever come on month-to-month basis.
